Job Description:
Responsibilities Include:
Perform comprehensive physical assessment of patients as needed and determine appropriate pain management plan. Order, perform and interpret laboratory tests, Prescribe Medication, Perform therapeutic injections i.e. Trigger Point injections and Nerve Blocks.
